WHAT IT IS
There are three phases in the leadership program, which combines individual coaching and cohort learning.
PHASE
Together we’ll research the needs for learning and development in your organization.
PHASE
I’ll design a program to accelerate the development of talent, increase the readiness and capability of leaders to tackle more complex roles, and help talent hone transformational leadership skills.
PHASE
I’ll deliver individual coaching that focuses on specific skill development that is key for the individual, as well as cohort workshops.
